Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing any services from Dock Media ("we", "us", or "our") at dock-media.com. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Dock Media provides Instagram content creation services, including custom post design, captions, and hashtags. The specific deliverables for each package are as described on our website at the time of purchase:

All payments are processed securely through Square, Inc. By completing a purchase you agree to Square's Terms of Service. One-time packages are charged in full at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis from the date of your first payment.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect active subscriptions until you are notified in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

One-time packages (Starter, Growth): You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet begun. Once work has started, no refund will be issued. If we fail to deliver your posts within the stated timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

Monthly subscriptions (Monthly Basic, Pro Monthly): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle. 4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your content on time, we require you to submit your brand assets (logos, photos, color references, and any other materials) through our intake form within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to provide assets on time may delay delivery, and Dock Media will not be held responsible for delays caused by late submissions.

You represent that you own or have the right to use all brand assets and photos you submit to us, and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Revisions

Each package includes one round of revisions per deliverable. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your content. Requests submitted after this window will be treated as acceptance of the delivered content.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the rights to all content created for you by Dock Media. You grant Dock Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display your content in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dock Media's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost engagement, arising from the use of our content.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Dock Media creates content designed to support your Instagram presence, but we make no guarantee of specific results including follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control such as platform algorithms, posting frequency, and audience behavior.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use content created by Dock Media for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates Instagram's Terms of Use or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for how and when you publish the content we deliver.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date.
