- Brand assets, photos, and files you upload through our intake form
- Payment information processed securely through Square (we never store your card details)

- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Square
- Schedule calls and consultations

Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on our site (such as Calendly and Tally) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for up to 2 years following your last purchase or interaction with our services. Brand assets and files you submit are deleted upon project completion unless you request otherwise. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell your personal information.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
If a client submits photos or images that include minors, those images are used solely to fulfill the services purchased and are not shared, published, or retained beyond project completion without the client's explicit written consent.
